TREASURER’s REPORT
Recent bills received for the dam project were reviewed. The updated 2024 Budget, adjusted due to changes made at our January Board meeting, was distributed.
FUNDRAISING
Historically there are very few donations in January.
DAM IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
Communications continue with the engineers to bring the project up to the shovel-ready stage. The final stage will be the construction phase. We are working on the final estimate for the project based on multiple engineering reports. We have requested help from the Town by including funds for the project in their FY2025 Budget. The Town has committed to apply for a STEAP grant for the dam project to reimburse the Town.
GRANTS
Our Grant Committee has been working on submissions of several grants to help in the costs associated with the completion of the Dam Improvement Project.

March 7 – 7:30 p.m., at the CVS Community Room
